Very expensive parking. Went there 2 days ago and realised that the parking rate has increased to RM3 for first hour.

what should you do is to washed all the staff 1by 1 . now is cashless system . get new staff fresh and have good customer service skill .

Yes indeed the carpark management attendant was very rude and sarcastic. Tried to enter the carpark on 18 March 2023 @ 10:43AM so that the management can check who is working on this day. Unacceptable behaviour asking to get out from the carpark in a rude manner.

Hi! The valet person at Atria Mall was very rude, sarcastic and did not explain properly to customer. Different valets have different explanation. Please conduct a meeting / proper training to the valets.
